Viticulture has also always been practiced in Siniscola, as in the rest of Sardinia. The most widespread of the black grape varieties are the indigenous Cannonau (called Cannonatu in Siniscola dialect), and Pascale di Cagliari, which make up the largest areas under vine; there are also cultivations of Carignano, Monica, Bovale, Cagnulari, plus some internationals such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Merlot and Italians such as Sangiovese, Barbera, Malaga, Alicante and others.

Among whites certainly the largest area today is planted to Vermentino, with small areas of Vernaccia, Trebbiano, Moscato, Malvasia and other white grapes.

The training systems are Guyot, Alberello and Cordone speronato and some rare pergola.
